ARTIST REGISTRATION
Join the Artist Database
FOR ARTISTS WHO THINK BIG!
Artists are invited to register for inclusion in the Artist Database.
6 - 8 artworks are selected for each exhibition, to be rotated every eight weeks.
Large artworks are welcome for inclusion, minimum perimeter 300cm, otherwise contact curator.
*Artists must carefully read the Terms & Conditions before registering their interest.
*Please email three images of your artworks with your registration form.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE LAKE VIEW GALLERY DATABASE:

Complete the online Registration Form below and submit.

Please take good quality JPEG images of 1-3 recent artworks that meet the criteria, as stated in 'Terms and Conditions'. These images must be cropped and a good representation of your work, taken square on and in even, natural light.

Save your images with your surname first followed by the title of your work and separated by a hyphen e.g. smith-pinkcamellia

Prepare an email addressed to plastojg@gmail.com
SUBJECT: 'YOUR SURNAME'
Attach your 3 images.
With each image please provide the following details:
ARTIST:
TITLE:
MEDIUM:
PRICE:
DIMENSIONS IN CMS: HEIGHT: WIDTH:
WEIGHT:
NO OF PANELS IN THE ARTWORK:
Alternatively, if you are unable to complete the Registration Form online, download and print the Registration Form here and complete in neat handwriting then scan or take a clear photo of your form and attach it to your email. Alternatively post your registration form to PO Box 152, Pacific Palms, NSW 2428.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE INTO AN EXHIBITION, BUT IT DOES ALLOW YOUR ARTWORK TO BE CONSIDERED.**
If an opportunity arises for you to display your work we will contact you and provide you with further details.
